Coordinated workflow visibility

A previously live internal coordination tool, now archived as evidence of assignment state, reminders, timing, logs, and operator visibility for a distributed workflow.

Problem pattern

A live coordination process needed clear ownership, current status, expiry timing, reminders, and a reliable operator view. Chat alone was not enough for auditability or handover.

UX/UI contribution

The interface exposes status visibility, timing cues, logs, assignment state, and activity reporting so an operator can understand what needs attention without reading a long message history.

What was built

Persistent assignment state and operator actions.
Warning and expiry scheduler.
Dashboard API with log and reporting views.

Transferable pattern

The same structure applies to business operations: intake, status, reminders, audit trail, dashboard, and handover notes.
